HILLTOXX Developmental & Disability Agency Inc. is an experienced, dedicated and one of the leading Developmental & Disabilities Agencies on Staten Island. Our primary goal is to provide extraordinary services and care to people with developmental disabilities, and we take pride in offering the best Residential Care; provide Recreational Activities; After Programs Tutoring; Religious and Cultural Awareness and Participation that would enhance improvements in the lives of those placed in our care.

We are dedicated and committed to serving the needs of these Individuals each and every day. Other services include Work Readiness Trainings; Advocacy; Socialization; Therapeutic Counseling and Referrals; Veterans Counseling, Rehabilitation and Inclusions; Medical and Dental coverage and escorts, Daily and Weekend Respite Care and Services and Transportation. These services are rendered through our Medicaid Services Coordination Department and as such, HILLTOXX Developmental & Disability Agency Inc. will build resources; explore economic opportunities and collaborate with mainstream agencies serving this population in the State of New York and other parts of the Country with the aim of improving and advancing the achievements of full opportunities in the lives of Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Our Dedicated Team

Our staff members (both support and administrative) have worked with this population for over ten years with several reputable agencies in and around the country, and we are resolved to provide quality services to assist people placed in our care meet the daily challenges of life; to afford them an opportunity to re-identify their place in society. Our Staff have received several certificates and awards for their dedication and commitment to this worthy cause of providing the much-needed care and service to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (both children and Adults) and they have all exhibited a high level of professionalism while undertaking these tasks.

Guided by Experience

The team also academically qualified with Masters, Bachelors and Associate Degrees in diverse Human Services fields that serve as motivation in caring for our Individuals. They are also guided by a Competent Board of Directors who have worked with this population and have diverse experiences and careers to enable them to oversee the Agency to perfection in catering to these Individuals placed in our care. HILLTOXX Developmental & Disability Agency Inc.  serves as advocate and/or proxy for those individuals placed in our care, and we ensure that their civil rights and liberties are upheld and respected at all times as required. Our Medicaid Coordination Services enable us to meet the basic needs of our Individuals on a daily basis.
